Welcome to Isabellabyshop! We want you to love your handmade jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy below for all the details.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Custom orders and personalized items (e.g., engraved or custom-sized bracelets and necklaces) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received an item that is damaged, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the product. If the item you want to exchange is no longer available, we will offer you an alternative item or a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved pieces, custom sizes)
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at isabellasjewelrystore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue (e.g., request for return, damaged item).
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect order was sent.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help! Please email us at isabellasjewelrystore@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, including a photo of the damaged item. We will gladly provide a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
